We contact you 1 day before your reservation date. We inform you of the net pick-up time from your hotel with our vehicle. We pick you up from all hotels in Cappadocia free of charge.
We only allow children aged 6 and over to fly.
Yes, balloon flights are made at all times when the weather is suitable.
Flights may be canceled in November, December and January due to the possibility of wind and weather conditions.
Due to the popularity of balloon flights, we suggest booking in advance, especially if you want to fly on a particular date.
Our balloon baskets are for a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 24 people.
For general reservations, we fly you in our available basket. For baskets with less number of people, you should contact via whatsapp and get a price.
Of course, you have the right to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the flight. You also get a full refund when the balloon doesn't fly due to weather conditions.
